Really good Stay with Wonderful Staff and Prime Location!

We loved our Top Floor Grand Suite! The kitchenette was perfect for breakfasts, and Valentina and Francesco gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and sights. The location was unbeatable, with the Duomo and Uffizi Museum just a short stroll away. Tip, Look for the hotel sign-it helps!

The breakfast was served in the cafe and the food was savoury. Stayed in a well-kept and well-equipped room with full kitchen...

Immaculate, well appointed, beautiful rooms, and very friendly and courteous staff. Staff were able to help with every request we had and were always friendly which made our stay very happy and smooth. Everything about the stay was wonderful! Great location. Good relationships with and knowledge of other local business qhich came in handy. Was very reluctant to leave! A really first class property and business. If Florence is your desitination make this property where you stay!

Very nice stay with spacious suite!

Everything was brand-new, very obliging staff, fantastic location near shops and cafe, the central bus/train station, and a mini library with Florence. Smooth check-in, late check-out. New facilities, parking nearby.

Very accomodating staff, comfortable clean room. Quiet close to all activities in Florence.

The apartments in Residence Hilda are of a very high standard, spacious, well furnished with very comfortable beds. The reception staff were exceptionally knowledgable and helpful, gave very good sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, and all spoke good English. The location is ideal, five minutes walk from the Duomo, and with several good cafes nearby. We would particularly recommend the unlikely sounding Ok Bar across the road from the apartments, which served very good snacks and pasta.

Perfect!!! In the very center. It's clean. Cozy. Everything's top-notch. kitchen has everything you need. There's a shop nearby. Spacious apartment. Quiet. Warm.

A perfect home base in Florence

Our family felt right at home in the spacious Beautiful Suite. The location was a short stroll from the Duomo, and we loved the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen. The staff were great too ensure we had everything we needed.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there was a slight mix-up with the pricing for our child's stay which added unexpected costs to our bill. It was managed well in the end, but worth mentioning.

Our room was brand-new and extremely pleasant with a lounge area, a kitchenette, and a couch. The bed was very comfy and there was free Wi-Fi.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Service was very good and staff were very helpful and courteous.

Not much to not like. Perhaps having a coffee machine in the room and breakfast in hotel would be a nice to have.

We enjoyed our stay with the family and our beloved pet. The apartment was fantastic-spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. We loved being just a short walk from the Duomo, and the nearby restaurants were superb. The convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen.

My kids wished for a pool to cool off in after a long day of exploring.

It was more than excellent in every thing spicially the staff and the siz of the rooms and more than that is the services from resturent and garage . Thanks hilda staff for warm hospitalitey .
